In this collection of lectures and conversations, Gour Govinda Swami explores the life work and teachings of his spiritual master, Srila Prabhupada. This compilation gives a broad view of Srila Prabhupada’s life, teachings, and mission. In several conversations between Gour Govinda Swami and Srila Prabhupada, Prabhupada spoke of the building a temple in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, and translating books into Hindi.

In many of the lectures and conversation presented here, Gour Govinda Swami speaks of his spiritual master’s dedication to spreading Krishna consciousness and his ideas for an ideal society.

This book is filled with many beautiful drawing of Srila Prabhupada by Polish artist Anuradha Dasi. She studied at the top art academy in her country and received the highest honors in her field.There are also copies of many letters from Srila Prabhupada, and letters dealing with the building of the Bhubaneswar temple.

These letters give a fascinating view into the struggles the devotees dealt with while trying to build the beautiful temple.
