Spoken by Krishna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra circa 3000 BCE, the Gita offers reasonable answers—in down-to earth, easy to understand language—to life’s big questions; Who are we? Why are we here? Why do we suffer? What should we do? Is there a supreme person, an ultimate source of all energies, and if so what is our relationship with that person?
